I purchased a microwave magic chef it's only 5 months old. This morning it caught on fire.

When I called to tell Stoneberry what happened the lady said it was past the date and sent me to another dept. Noone is available to talk to. This is not nice. So I am out a Microwave and money because I know they still want the $$$$$.

As a customer this is not a good feeling and no way to take care of a customer this is wrong.

Once my bill is paid in full. I am not going to order again.
