What was told to me by a supervisor, that the item that I ordered would come in a amazon box not the box of the item itself, and that there is no option to choose how I want the item to be packaged. Which was a LIE!! What was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift is no longer! a

...that took the order said they did but neither here or there I told him I says well what do we need to do for me to ship you the part back and me to get a refund so I got a UPS label hand within 24-hours I went to UPS store shift it back to him and they had it within 3 or 4 days I called in gentleman says yep they got it in he was going to fill the paperwork out to get my refund I should see the refund within by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week well that time cane and I had no refund I called back in and that gentleman says well he didn't see no notes...
