On the subject of ISSUES RESOLVED involving both Amazon and Ebay, 29 percent were resolved by Amazon and zero percent by Ebay. In MOST CASES, concerning Ebay, this means that disputes and complaints were ruled AGAINST the buyer and in favor of the seller.

This is the complete reverse with Amazon. No matter what the buyer claims or complains about, Amazon will ALWAYS rule in the buyers' favor which is an insult to amazon SELLERS !! Amazon is not interested in fairness or truth. They only want to satisfy the buyer no matter what.

Those of us who are FORMER amazon sellers are much happier on Ebay.

They ( for the most part ) make the effort to weigh both sides before ruling on a claim. This is something that Amazon MUST do but so far have ignored.

l've been a seller on both Ebay and Amazon. l've noticed that the buyers are completely different on both sites.

Ebay buyers are mostly honest people who really enjoy what they purchase. On the other hand, Amazon buyers tend to be people looking for reasons to cheat the buyer by demanding refunds for alleged " damaged " items they they want to return for a refund. ln most cases it's a problem with buyers remorse. These amazon buyers lie to receive a refund.

The problem is that their lies create a serious problem for the seller.

ln many cases causing the seller to LOSE THEIR SELLING PRIVILEGES due to stupid buyers who don't use common sense. ln my opinion, Ebay is best !!

Ebay customer service is very poor compared to Amazon and as far as I'm concerned resolving issues Amazon is better than Ebay.

As a seller on BOTH sites under different names l find that buyers on EBAY are far more trustworthy and honest compared to AMAZON buyers. The return policy on amazon allows buyers to make up fraudulent excuses in order to get refunds. They appear to be far more dishonest compared to ebay buyers.

As far as trust, l trust AMAZON sellers far more then EBAY sellers.During the past 2 months, l've had problems with THREE scam artists on EBAY.

Although l was given refunds in all cases, EBAY does basically nothing to remove these scam sellers even though there is total proof against them.Because of these incidents, my trust in EBAY is almost gone.

As far as trust, l trust AMAZON sellers more then EBAY. During the past two months, l've dealt with 3 shady/scam sellers on ebay and none so far on AMAZON.

EBAY does almost nothing to remove scam companies even though there is total proof that the seller is a fraud. My money was refunded but the scam artists continue as usual.

eBay has been much more costumer service oriented than Amazon and I like that. A company that stands behind what they sell is a good one.

The only purchase I make from Amazon are Kindle books. I have not had any problems there.

Amazon will not ship to Mexico unless something is made in Mexico City at the Amazon factory. I have had great success with ebay except for companies in China and India. The Indian company tried to tell that the see through sheets I bought were Egyption Cotton 300 count. The chinese company digishop-ebay jerked me around before having me send back a car radio by mail and it has been lost in China and I am out about $500.

The problem is not with eBay but with China. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This vendor, Allwinshop, is only selling through eBay. They are not selling through Amazon.

This fraudulent company has stopped contacting me and they have every intention of keeping my money which they have had since December 2016 and I have an unusable rolling make up case which will not stand up because it has no front wheels. The wheels are not available in the USA.

They were manufactured in China and I will have to replace all 4 wheels to be able to use it. They are not offering enough money to have a luggage repair shop do such a repair.

Did you reach our to eBay? I'd you had proof of the damamges and got hold of them after the seller refused to make it right for you it should have been refunded.

If that didn't work and you purchased with PayPal, which everyone shopping on line should use, you could call PayPal and try with them. Sorry to hear that the Chinese people did that to you.
