Chalk and cheese - Amazon is way more professional because e-products are available instantly and there are no payment delays. I ordered an eBook via Booklocker and 2 hours later had received no confirmation or rejection notice.

I then ordered the same eBook at Amazon and I had immediate download. Eight hours after initially ordering my eBook at Booklocker I get an email with the product and an apology.
