I've got only the price back what it costs ,but not the shipping costs I paid when ordering the items . I beg you to refund me the shipping costs too on the same way I paid for it. If you cancel an order you must pay back the whole ,because you had no shipping costs ,the order was stopped...

...my own many to ship I went Canada Post registries parcel with that dimension of parcel they will charge me 128 Canadian dollar before taxes The 2 AirPods price are 80. 90 Canadian dollar So to be fare I asked partial refund seller again rejected also seller said that he send me video never see and that is far from the true After 10 days chatting with agent back and forth sometime give you hope sometime give you misinformation Aliexpress sided the seller And claiming that I am not providing enough evidence what evidence they want beside the video they asked to show those futures that is not working Aliexpress does not have any contact to his buyers no email no phone you have to chat robot before really agent show and some are very honest the told me the are not decisions maker there power is not just limited but don’t have any I was 10 years customer to AliExpress never complained ever if product are not as was described because not going any where is just like swinging with no end sea I was naive to believed that AliExpress will be fare enough to make fare decisions However never give me explanation what was missing my evidence He just concluded to negotiate with the seller The seller stopped communication with me in began let now that he received his money not all reply my email No where else to go to complain I will try...
