Sadly I regard all car hire companies with deep well founded suspicion. They have no idea of customer service and it is normal that the price I finally pay is way higher than the price I though I had agreed to. What makes me really sad is when you read the carefully selected customer reviews on their own web sites you are led to believe that they are wonderful - there is so much dishonesty in this industry......
