You pay a tiny bit more for Malaysian Airline but you’re truly getting a better experience than you ever will with AsiaAir.

I got to Malaysia four times a year and when I do domestic flights there I stay clear of AsiaAir.
Air Asia a fait une erreur dans la réservation HD77HK du vol Krabi-Bali via Singapore du 26 janvier 2023.
Le vol TR687 opéré par Scoot ne partait pas à 15h50 mais à 16h50, arrivés à Singapore 19h50 au lieu de 18h50 nous n'avons pas eu assez de temps pour la correspondance ( 30mn de transfert du terminal 2 au terminal 4 par bus).
Nous sommes mécontents d'avoir manqué notre vol, d'avoir acheté de nouveaux billets, d'avoir attendu 14h dans l'aéroport et d'avoir perdu notre réservation d'hôtel à Kuta.
Je demande, le remboursement du second vol Singapore-Bali soit 398 $ Singapore et j'attends que vous ayez l’honnêteté de réparer cette erreur.

Air Asia m'a toujours donné satisfaction jusqu'à cette erreur lamentable et tout semble annoncer un non-remboursement.

We're comparing a National carrier to a low cost carrier.
The customer service has not responded to my email on my excess baggage due to their failure to ensure my baggage was loaded into my flight.

Mas airlines must take responsibilities for their mistake. I was left stranded without my baggage when I landed in Australia at 4 degress.
Mas airlines did not put my language on my flight. I drop off my bag at the airport 15 hours before my flight. Until today all they said was sorry.
How irresponsible they are. Their charge are far more expensive compared to Air Asia.
