...Asking for credit or partial refund is equally useless and not an option. In fact, I am told there are no refunds unless it is due to the airlines reason. Horrible policy for travelers, great for inconsiderate business methods...

The car hire company and hotels have all offered refunds. Malaysia Airlines has so far refused which I find totally disgraceful when other major airlines have offered a full refund. So far they not been in contact which again is beyond comprehension and if I am not satisfied with a future response...
