On July 15 2016 on flight 789 at 11:15 pm my wife guadalupe Hernandez was at the check in and susana told my she could take her carry-on bag and when she was about to broad the plane susana told she could not take carry-on bag in plane because there was no room on overhead compartment and her carry-on bag by force away from her my got in plane and where she sat on overhead there was plenty of room in compartment , and they stole her jewelry from carry-on bag , have reported to your supervisor in Sacramento ca but he doesn't want to check out the complaint is there someone to talk to before I go to news
