Product or Service Quality
The product itself I've had no major problems with it.
A few of the senor's, keyboard and a smoke detector I've had a few issues with. If they would return my refund that's all I want.
The security system is ok.
I have something else to compare
I had a better security system before Frontpoint, but a neighbor talked me into signing up with them.
