I have already complain on 1 june but customer service not recopne already kitna time call msg sab kare h but customer service not recopne i mistake more pay on delivery boy hum already 20 days wait kare but company product was good but customer service is very bad.please help me more pay return i have

Incompetent of Customer service
Okash company is not a good loan app, I'm a student of fuoye and I requested for loan to develop my POS business to help myself and I borrowed loan from them and it up to a week now and I'm not be credited to my account and I message them since morning to find solutions to it , but no reply.
