I had an issue with my new car and contacted you within 3 days to request it be returned. You had arranged finance with Oodle which had a good a 14 day cooling off period.
Its now over a month later and nothing has happened. Oodle informs me they were not told about this and I am now outside of the cooling off period. The dealership will not return my calls or help with this defective car they have sold me. Can you please call me to help resolve this issue?
Every time I call you I am told I cannot speak to anyone and someone will call me back.
I have been calling for 2 weeks and nobody has called me. If I am unable to get some progress then I have exhausted my options and will forward this to the financial ombudsman
