I called zox to get assistance for my watch band I purchased. I called thinking I would talk to a person. I got a voicemail saying the best way to get ahold of and fastest assistant is an email.
I emailed and 24hrs later have not received a confirmation of receipt nor a hey we are working on this we will get back w you email.
But I sure as *** got marketing emails.
My BIGGEST complaints are there's NO disclaimer that they don't sell fitbit bands AND the voicemail ends with the phrase
"That will do for today"
As if that is all there will be done that day ... That is terrible.
I'm sending the watch band back and never buying the product after wanting to buy one that fits me perfectly ...
That will do for today.
