They are the masters of commision and "up sales" They are a miserable and crooked company that literally takes advantage of you the moment you grab there door handle!

Recieved a gift card for XMAS from a family member for 400 dollars to put in a remote start. Did not need that all I needed was a new fob- my car has a remote start already.

You said I could get money back and week later you said corporate does nor allow that, so I called corporate and they said it's up to store owner.

Which is it? Can I get a straight answer.

They make all there $ off of good,hard working,and innocent people....they prefer nieve customers....and are they best of the "bait & switch" tactic...the company is basicly thrives off of peoples trust...they treat all cars the same,to them its like a mobile ATM on wheels whether its a $1500 beater or a $200000 Lamborghini...If you care about your $ and your vehicle stay far away from this company....especially theyre Fort Wayne Indiana store on Illinois road.....

Two years ago I bought a new BMW. I wanted to protect my car from damage, place of choice Ziebart.

I had Ziebart put film protection on the cars most vulnerable area, cost ruffly, 700.00 . Someone hit my car, I had the bumper fixed. The auto repair company required me to wait 3 months before I had the Ziebart protection put back on. I took my car to Zebart, I was not happy with the job, the protection film appeared to be put on upside down, uneven, not fitting as before.

The manager argued with me.

I showed her the film was put on uneven, it was not covering the area proper. She had me open the trunk and told me they have a new program now, so it will look different.

I was not happy with her answer, or her professionalism.

I was done, ready to go, I got my keys from my husband, shut the trunk lid. This made the manager furious.

I had a box of Bibles in the truck, the manager was yelling, she told me..take your Bibles and go preach somewhere else.

If we remove and replace the protection film and it takes the paint off they were not responsible, or if they cut another piece and put it on right side up and it looks bad, that's the way it is.. -- REALLY!

Regardless if the protection film was put on correctly or incorrectly the Ziebart's manager was very unprofessional, she was rude, yelling and had no business talking about the Bible in my car.

I left very unhappy! My husband went into the business to write a comment on invoice, they refused to let him.

Sorry we did not meet your expectations. We use a computer cut program and it does have software updates.

The plotter cut a piece for your the top of the rear bumper of your BMW and our certified tech applied it for protection. After trying to explain it to both of you in the parking lot the discussion started to get out of hand so I asked both of you to come inside and sit down to talk. Both parties were yelling at me and my assistant manager. I explained I was not going to argue but I would like to sit and talk, try to calm the situation down.

After I was cursed at and you slammed the trunk, grabbed the keys to drive away, I did mention the bibles and said maybe you should read them instead of just keep them in the trunk. Maybe I should not have made that comment, sorry, but I had been yelled at long enough and you were already driving away and said you were done. We all have a saturation point.

The kit is right and you have a protected bumper with a lifetime warranty on product and labor. Thanks, Dianne ( Manager- Ziebart)
