I bought glasses from Zenni and was told on the phone by the customer service rep that I would get a full store credit if I should need to return them for any reason. When I did in fact need to return them, they did not give me a full credit even though the glasses were in perfect condition.
So they lied.
When I wrote to complain to the company that I was not told the truth, they referred to their policy of partial credit which was written on their website. Fine, but I do not like being TOLD something on the phone that contradicts the store policy.
To me that is deception. Tell the truth, especially when the customer asks!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Fast.
I didn't like: Wasting my time.
