Its now day three that I have been either on hold for a long time, or not deciphering the dialect of the customer service person when they did answer. Tried again today and asked if there was another way to get the prescription information to the company to buy two pair. Was told I could email a copy of my prescription along with the style, etc, I chose, through the website, and was given the site address.
Relieved, and delighted, I went to "emailservice@Zennioptical.com"
but found no page that accepted a copies of prescriptions Started this nightmare early to use insurance that accepted Zenni's glasses. Time has run out - it's December 31, and too late.
I've never had such stress in trying to buy something. Zenni needs better customer service, and hire more people to accommodate customers.
