I ordered glasses and did not get them so when I called they said they did not find my account but they took the money out of my bank .I have a bank statement with the withdraw on it ' so I called and was told I was not a costurmer.and they cant help me .so tell me what can I do I don't even know where to sent copy of my bank statement if I can get someone to help me find out what I should do then mybe I can get my glasses or my money . iam on a fixed income and I cant afford to be ripped off so will someone please help all I want is my glasses
