I bought a pair of glasses online in November. I had never done this before.

After a couple of months the screw holding the glasses onto the frame started getting loose every few days. Recently, around July 17th, the earpiece broke in half. I called the company, and was told that the warranty was only for 30 days, and that I would have to purchase a new frame.

I accept responsibility for not knowing that they only had a 30 day refund, but I have learned my lesson. Never, ever buy products from a company that won't stand behind their products for more than 30 days.

I had assumed that the warranty would be at least a year, as it has for every other product I have bought in my 82 years

My advice to consumers: don't try to try to save money on glasses by buying from Zenni Optical. You are better off going to a local glasses outlet like Walmart, which stands behind its products and provides direct, human service.
