I ordered prescription sunglasses for a vacation and chose priority shipping which promises delivery in 10-14 days. Today is day 14 and they have not even shipped from Zenni yet.
Their site lists the order as 'manufactured' but not shipped. Have contacted customer service twice - first time 3 days ago and actually reached a live person who promised to follow up with the lab and send me an email update - never received. Second time was forced to leave a message which generated an automated email response. No way I will have these glasses for my trip.
