I have ordered 5 pair of glasses from this company. Never again.
I sent them an email message they say they never received, I was told the frames that did not fit as advertised would not be replaced. the other 4 were fine, these were not. so, if you want to order from a vendor that is not sympathetic, will not provide great followup care, and will not help in any circumstance, I would order American. apparently, the owner that owns the company is a big fight with her husband.
He probably is not any happier than I am. I will not order from this company again.
the service representative would not even provide the contact address for the company and the reason was that it was a "private company". Actually, a company that I will not bother again.
