Just trying to get a mechanic to actually show up to do a diagnosis is like pulling teeth. Repeated no-shows and reschedules.

Just be here when youre scheduled.

Is that too much to ask? How about calling to let me know you aren't coming so i'm not wasting my valuable time waiting around for hours for you to simply show up.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Hi,

Your mechanic should aim to be honest, prompt, and thorough in every customer interaction. We apologize if your experience did not meet this expectation. We will ensure the details of your case get forwarded to the appropriate department so we can prevent this from happening again.

Best regards,

YourMechanic Team
