AVOID YOURMECHANIC LIKE THE PLAGUE. I have been holding off towards writing this for a week and a half, giving the assigned mechanic, Alex benefit of the doubt but he's rescheduled 4 times!
AND what makes it worse -- he reschedules HOURS AFTER he's supposed to be there?? I don't understand how YourMechanic operates like this? Like you guys seriously have NO standards for the contracted mechanics operating under your entity.
This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with hands down. The Uber charges and time lost at this moment now is basically irreversible because I've had no car for 2 weeks.
