My presenter color matched me wrong so it's too light and the foundation brush sucks up all the product. I've seen tutorials where they use 3-5 drops for full amazing coverage.

And it took 15 for me.

And even with all that, it still showed off all my dry skin. Not happy at all.

Hi, you can contact the support department on the website and they will give you instructions on how to return the product if you are not satisfied. Your presenter should also help you with that!

That is their job. I know because I am also one. I hope this helps.

There is a 90 day guarantee on the products and there should be no reason why you would not be able to return for product credit or a refund. Belinda.
