I ordered a lipstick , the color was too bright for me..so I contacted the rep..was told I had to do the return.

So, I filled out form online and mailed ii, which I had to pay for!

Zero communication from them as to my item being recieved, processed etc...

I had to do all the emails to check on the status!

Finally after 3 1/2 weeks,it was mailed...to the rep and not me..ehen I specifically gave them my mailing address!

Needless to say, I am at 1 month so far, I still don't have my product. .and now I have to make a special trip the rep to get it :(

Goodbye younique. .I'm going back to sephora and ulta, where the products are cheaper and returns done the same day!

Sorry to hear about your experience. Seems like you got a bad presenter. I always ship the exchanges myself (I pay out of my pocket) and mail or deliver to my client.

As a presenter, I would request your presenter ship it to you. That would be the right thing for her to do! I'm sorry you had to go through this!
