I just ordered for the first time from Younique. I ordered the 3-D Fiber Lash Mascara.
It has now been 20 days since I ordered and the product has still not shipped. So, like any rational person would do, I tried to contact Younique. Already annoyed with my order complications, it was a nightmare getting ahold of a customer representative. When I finally did I was APALLED with the service I received.
They lost my order which they notified me of by literally saying "sorry we lost your order, but I can assure you this rarely happens." Annoying, but I was thinking to myself wow if this rarely happens they will probably offer me a discount or something (considering they already took the money out of my bank account) ... its almost comical that I thought that because, in the end, I am waiting another TEN business days for my product to come in after having to re-order it, and OH WAIT, if the first product I ordered decides to show- up on my doorstep... I absolutely can not keep it. I MUST send one back..
at my own expense. I will say, after I expressed my strong irritation with the situation and the service (if you want to call it that) that I was receiving, I was offered $15 in Y-Cash .... cash you may spend only at Younique that is. As you may guess, I declined the offer.
I will never order from Younique again. As a business woman, customer service is everything.
