I placed a large order for Younique products. One of the products I ordered was a lip pencil.
The lip pencil is defective in that it will not advance. I first contacted the "demonstrator" who told me to contact Customer Care. I waited on hold on 2 separate occasions for over 1 hour and my call was never answered. I sent 2 emails and finally received a response to 1 of my messages where the writer apologized that she was unable to replace the defective product until I send a picture of the bar code and of the product.
I sent the requested photos and have not heard back from them.
I am far beyond a pissed consumer. I will not go away.
