I have been using YouGov for many years, and I have never had issues getting my points redeemed and receiving my gift cards via email until the last one I've earned. I used to get the email within 4 hours of the initial confirmation email.
This time around, I have received nothing and have reached out to support to no avail. I'm not sure what has changed in the process, but this will discourage me (and I'm sure others, as well) from continuing to take surveys. I spend a lot of time and effort to earn my points, so the redemption process should be more streamlined. I even reached out to Tremendous customer service, and they said that they couldn't help me because I had not received a response from YouGov.
I have followed all of the steps to find the email and contact support, but still haven't heard back after over a week. I use my gift cards for Christmas mostly, so it would be nice to get the rewards I've worked hard for.
