YouFit is where you fit in... or so their saying goes.

Not true! YouFit is all about the money. I joined YouFit, my very first ever gym, in July to work on my weight loss. I was quickly joined up with a personal trainer but due to some health issues, I had to cancel.

In January of 2017, I cancelled my sessions with my trainer. Three weeks later, my trainer was let go unexpectedly. Knowing that I only had three sessions to go I was cautious about getting started with a new trainer. She was awesome!

:) But I still could not continue with the sessions. I asked my trainer to have the assistant GM call me with no return call. I left a note for the GM and still no response. On my last session, February 20th, YouFit ran my card again for the month.

When I finally got a hold of someone, the response I got was that my cancellation was processed on the 12th of February, almost one month after my paperwork was turned in, thereby signing me up for eight sessions that I cannot possibly attend as well as costing me $800.00 extra dollars.

Thanks for making me feel like I fit in... what a joke!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
