Yard House - Many issues and inappropriateness of supervisor

New ReviewerMy issue is that our party of 4 was seated at 10 pm on Sunday, 4/11 and appetizers and drinks ordered After several changes in the drink order throughout the course of the night, one member of the group received his drink at11:45p, 15 minutes after closing. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and Brie came over.
Brie did not look at me when I spoke, I explained the situation and I asked what she can do or if she can comp (remove the drink from the bill) the drink (at this time, the beverage had not come out yet) she said:listen, Im not sliding a drink to you.. Id rather you not even drink here .. or proceeded to talk about covid , flipped her hair and was beyond rude and unbelievably inappropriate. As someone in customer service and a former bartender and manager of a restaurant..
you better believe I am taking care of the drink for a member of a group who has not received it after 90 minutes, with no wait on the restaurant and half empty place. The bill came over with 3 drinks that were still on it that we never received (the original drinks that were ordered and each time the bartender took almost 20 minutes to begin making the order and then told the waitress they dont have the ingredients needed.. hence why the entire process took 90 minutes.. it came to a point where our group said make anything..
we dont even care, just bring him a drink .. please!!
I am appalled at the level of service and care that this supervisor took..
User's recommendation: None at all.. do not go to Atalanta yard house at 261 19th street.
