I call a number for you guys and I got someone trying to make me pay for the shipping for a 100walmart gift card. I tried to explain to him that I was not calling for a gift card I needed information on how to return some items that I purchase from you guys and you guys sent out the wrong items the conversational-started going nowhere I tried to explain to him that I was not calling for a gift card I needed information on how to return some items that I purchase from you guys and you guys sent out the wrong items, the conversational-started going nowhere your rep hung the phone up in me.
I called a different number and all I get is a machine talking with me. I have never had this hard of problem getting help to return stuff.
Could someone please help me in getting these items return. Thanks, Terrell
