www.wwsport.com want The User of company services to be delighted with The User's purchase, though sometimes it doesn't work out. No re-stocking fees apply to items returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be sent back in re-sellable or store bought condition within it's original packaging. Worldwide Sport Supply reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any return or exchange that doesn't comply with this policy. If The Client want to track The User's order using Company's web site, The Customer must create a user account and login before placing The Client's order. If The User do not wish to create an account but want tracking information please call a customer service representative for assistance in tracking The User's package. Worldwide Sport Supply will gladly exchange/refund items that have not been used/worn and are in store bought condition with original packaging. The Company recommend that The User of Website try on shoes with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine if they fit correctly. Please return in the original item package (e.g. If the size of an item The User of company servicesve ordered isn't quite right, website will gladly exchange it for another size. Used or soiled items are not returnable and will be rejected by Worldwide Sport Supply's' returns department. Shipping charges are non-refundable on all returned items.
