Woods at Lakeshore Apartments - THIS COMPANY BAD BUSINESS TO LOCATORS

Woods at Lakeshore Apartment in Carrollton Texas. This company is always looking for locators to bring them new renters for a fee.

I called the Woods at Lakeshore Apartment and spoke with a leasing agent. I asked her was they paying locators and she said and gave me the small fee amount. Once I sent my client there and he moved in . They didn't answer anymore of my phone calls and never paid my invoice for service yet as of August 08-2021 When the manager finally called me she said it was in the mail.

It don't take months to send a small check from Carrollton Texas to Houston Texas it's only a few hours away. The address they said it is mailed to has photo data on this address I see all incoming mail. They never sent it and once I called again the manager said it would take 45 more days to resend it! Now the check amount is less than $300.00 and they get about $1100,00 a mounth from my client for a year!

This company should be a shame to do hard working vendors like this. Locators only work on commission and we don't get paid like the manager at the Woods at Lakeshore Apartment in Carrollton Texas. This is not right or fair to hard working locators just trying to get paid for service. I'm not sure why this complex don't just say we don't the money right now, but they keep saying it's in the mail.

I know that's not true at this time. I hope other apartment locators don't fall for their games. This is not funny because locators should be paid by companies asking for locators help! I hope all locators read this and do your research before you send your clients to the Woods at Lakeshore Apartment .
