How can I get my refund?I booked a trip to Vegas including g a hotel through Allegiant on their website. I got an email yesterday that said Allegiant has canceled my departing flight and because I booked a hotel with my flight I would have to call customer service within 72 hours to cancel my trip and receive a full refund.

I have been trying to contact customer service since 2pm yesterday and have not been able to get through to anyone.

I am either put on hold for literally two hours or a recorded message that says your call can not be completed as dialed because the called party is busy keeps coming on when I call. How do I go about getting this $874.00 trip refunded if I can not get a customer service agent on the phone?
