Kenner Williams Blvd store horrible service employees very nasty needs to be held accountable for attitude And ether demoted are terminated the store manger at this location
And store manager needs to be written up for allowing her employees to get away with disrespecting customers and stealing money from customers need a new store manager around June last month I lost 20 dollars because a cashier did not listen to me I Said pump 1 she put my 20 dollars to another gas pump I found out the manager said bad luck ect she will.not be able to refund me some other customers drove off with my gas and I called the police the told me and the store manger told me I Said another pump I only writing this complaint because I am about to go to the justice of the peace to have a civil matter with this place needs a new store manager with strict pinhs olicies and procedures and actually follow companies guidelines and don't bend the rules for favoritism ..
Was late for work 67 minutes because I had to call the police because the store manger doesn't follow proper procedures and guidelines and I lost 20 dollars of gas money will be documenting this in court its time they hold all there staff a accountable without us customers no body has a pay check are a job she allows too.much unprofessional attitude at this store employees are allowed to be snappy and talk back to customer even refuses service if offered by a customer lazy and d fountain drinks are never working after midnight and she allowing her employees to cover the fountain drink even when the have drink inside them this store needs to be under investigation under cover because the let there employee get away with to.much horrible experience for 6 years... the store that I am expirincing bad experience is 3451 Williams Blvd, Kenner, LA 70065
