I have forgotten my password. I tried getting a new one from your web site.
it has been impossible. I have had "chats" with at least 4 people. they all say Ii will get a phone call. I do not.
When I get e mailed to set a new password, I am told the new one it does not match my e mail. the around and around we go. I can not even cancel without a password. Please help.
