Whitley Furniture Galleries - Terrible customer service even with a lifetime warranty from manufacturer C.R. Laine on the frame

I purchased a sectional from Whitley Galleries, manufacturer C.R.Laine (lifetime warranty.

It arrived defected (left side one inch taller then the right side). It took 5 months of emails along with numerous employee visits to my home for verification of the problem along with the C.R. Laine Rep. confirming the problem.

They finally took the sectional for "repair" 4 weeks later it was delivered with the existing problem NOT fixed and now the bracket is broken leaving a 2 inch gap at the top of the sectional, one leg is an inch off the floor and the left side wobbles when you sit on it. C.R. Laine refuses to fix or rebuild a new sectional, and Whitley Galleries refuses to demand that they replace my damaged sofa.
