I'm so upset.....Had purchased a hat for my FATHER, who is a ARMY VETERAN. Went to my mailbox last night and had a package and the package was not sealed closed correctly.
So either business never put hat in or it was stolen during transit. I contacted the company immediately via email since there is no 800 number, imagine that! I actually received a response but not a good one. Explaining they use another shipping company and that they CAN'T complain since it shows delivered!
What..... Yes, you can complain. They did not seal the package right which now their customer paid $37 for nothing. They told me to reach out and call the postal service, sure I'll do that!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
SAVE YOUR MONEY, PRODUCT IS COMING FROM CHINA. SHOULD OF KNOWN BETTER AND DID RESEARCH!!!
