Western Union - Worst online Transfer an customer service!
I called the # below after filing a complaint on the website and being emailed an apology, but the number routed me back to the front- line workers who could not hep me in the first place. The on-line system routed my mortgage money to the wrong company! They told me to wait 24-48 hours for a resolution and all that they are telling me, (5) days later is that they will let their "Back Office" know to email the incorrect recipients of my money again asking for a refund. No one that I have spoken to seems to have any authority to find out a more efficient way to recoup my funds. The managers are never available and even the corporate telephone numbers are ALL AUTOMATED!!
