West Elm - Shipping Service Review
Sept 7 2016, I ordered a custom color Henry sofa and love seat. (8-10week) orderfrom west elm.
Nov 15th I have not recieved info on my order status. I called, was transferred 6-7 different times, then I was told I receive a call in 24 hours about the status of my order. No call, I called a week later, after being transferred several more times, I was told the fabric is on back order. It's gonna be another 10-12 weeks.
I said no thank you, please cancel my order. I got an email a week later saying that I can't cancel my order. The items will ship in the first week of December. I responded to see that if I could change to a different color or a different piece, if not to please cancel my order.
No reply back. Jan 5th 2017. We buy an excellent couch from restoration hardware. Color we wanted.
It's the softest couch ever. Jan 15th, west elm withdraws full amount for couch and love seat from my bank account. I called to have it put back in my account only to be told, they must ship the items first in order to get a refund! I am totally sick of this company!
I have spent hours on the phone with them.
I read a bunch of reviews about there customer service being *** But this take the cake, they suck! West elm is the worst company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
