Be Useful: Reviews should be useful, honest, accurate and fair testimonies from direct personal experience as a real patient, parent or guardian of a patient. Be Appropriate: Reviews should be family-friendly, never profane, vulgar or be intended to cause unmerited reputation damage. Be Authentic: Reviewers must submit their own functional email address to confirm receipt of system messages to authenticate their reviews on request. Unverified reviews may be removed at any time. Be Careful: Reviewers who wish to remain anonymous should use alias display name, not their real name.

Fill out all applicable information. The information in The Customer's health directory is wrong. If The Client's information is listed incorrectly, The Company sincerely apologize and provide a service for The User to update it automatically. Website strive to keep Wellness com's' information as accurate as possible. The Company compile, or purchase public records from reliable sources; however, they do make mistakes and www.wellness.com fix them when brought to Wellness com's' attention. Visit Wellness com's' provider program page for more info about editing The Customer's profile. The review will be taken down until The Company hear from the reviewer, they have 30 days to respond. If they do not respond the review will remain off of the profile. Providers may create a member profile which will allow them to "claim" their professional profile and respond directly to member/patient reviews. Contact support@wellness.com once The Customer have created The User's member profile so www.wellness.com can confirm the link to The Customer's professional profile.
