Signed up for their credit card as they offered 12 months no finance. Learned after 11 months of auto-pay w/ paperless billing when I went to pay in full they were charging me 28% interest ($800 on 3K of furniture).
When I called to explain the error, the answer was too bad, your fault.
Apparently, when you sign up under the promotional offer, you do not receive the offer if you do not check a special box when you go to purchase.
The box is a hoop to jump through and not obvious.
Furniture is get what you pay for. Every item except the tableware had some form of defect.
