Our rubbish service by choice was Universal Disposal for many, many years with zero issues.We were accustomed to their customer service.

In the Fall of 2016, Waste Management bought out UD accounts. We were paid through December for service through automatic bank pay. We received a bill from WM which included charges for the month of Dec which had already been paid to UD. It took 2 months of dealing with the rudest, incompetent CSR's I've ever had to dealt with.

I also discovered that several of our neighbors, with the same services were paying different amounts. WM reps were unable to explain the differences and appeared bothered that I was even questioning them about the issue. Needless to say, once our account was finally corrected, I switched to another provider. I have contacted WM multiple times to pick up their trash receptacle.

It has been 16 days and they have yet to pick it up as 'promised'.

My last contact was on 3/10/2017 with supervisor Jandi (employee ID: 92103987) who advised me that the receptacle would be picked up by 6:30 pm on Friday.Yep...it's still here

Have not had any waste/trash residential pick up since March 1, 2017. WM aquired the former "holdt's" waste service here in Northwest rural Wisconsin. We have talked to various CSR 's for the past 10 days---been promised a special pick up with a temporary account and promised the same former billing rate for a year. Still no one
from WM has come by to pick up our trash as of yet . How many week's do we have to be lied to. Guess will have to try a competitor in Amery, WI.
