New ReviewerI ordered items on November 30th thinking I would have them in time for my daughters birthday on December 13th based on the 2-3 days processing is says on their website. After 5 days and no shipping notification I reached out to them and received a response right away informing me that the shirt I purchased in my order take 2-3wks to ship.
I responded to ask if I would have the items before Christmas and was assured that since my order was placed before their December 10th cut off date for delivery of orders by Christmas, I would have it in time. Come December 21st still not shipping notification, so I reached out again asking where my order was and instead of them responding I got a shipping notification saying my order was going out with UPS 2day air. I go to check the tracking on the 23rd to see if it where it was since I hadn't received the "your order is out for delivery" notice from UPS since I have an account with them, and they didn't even ship the package, so I emailed them again got no response and still haven't gotten one or my order!
Now we don't have the "big" present from Santa for my daughter, and I don't know what we are going to do. HORRIBLE customer service!!!
User's recommendation: DONT BUY FROM.
Monetary Loss: $79.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
