Hello, I made a purchase on the official Avril Lavigne store, on January 26th. I bought a box set (CD + tshirt).
The order is Order SHOP2582. My name is Melina Rodriguez and I am from Argentina.
On February 21st, I received and email that my order was going to include an autographed booklet at a later date.
So I figured it was compensation for taking so long in delivering my order.
Also, from that email, it actually seemed as my original order did feature and autographed card.
My order was shipped on February 22nd, and it still hasn't left the US.
Today, I received an email saying that I should disregard the email about the autographed CD booklet, because it really wasn't meant for me.
I need a response as soon as possible, you made a mistake and messed with peoples feelings and expectations. I need some kind of compensation to amend in some way this irresponsible behaviour.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
