Wanda Coach Terms of Service
The Company provide safe and reliable transportation services that focus on the needs of the customers. All tickets are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. LionVA Operator required up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to reschedule. If a passenger misses his/her bus, the ticket will become a standby ticket. Passengers are not allowed to board onto any earlier buses. LionVA operator does not offer Stand-by. No pets are allowed on the bus except service animals. Buses are smoke-free. Each passenger is allowed to have one check-in bag and one carry-on bag. The transportation of bicycles is not guaranteed. Passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. There are no special offers for seniors, students, veterans etc. This advance notice is in accordance with Federal guideline.

Passengers are not allowed to board onto any earlier busses. Standby policy will NOT apply on dynamic price tickets(Policy does not apply on Tiger Bus operator). Unfortunately, Website cannot drop passengers off at unauthorized locations. All of Company's buses are smoke-free. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and all electronic simulated smoking materials, is prohibited on board. There are no special offers for seniors, students, veterans etc. Wanda assumes no responsibility for any claim for loss, theft, or damages of The User's personal belongings for the duration of travel. If The Client purchased The Client's ticket online, please arrive at the station 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
