I need a replacement metrocard.

Two weeks ago I had lost ID with metrocard. I got in touch with someone at wage works and they had said new card is on way.

I tried calling for update on phone 45 minutes with Jennifer and she said cannot pull up account after giving my 4 in social, employee ID number , zip code and full address. Please let me know what is up last 4 in social security 8127 employee id 1002****, Employed by Health and Hospital corporation Harlem Hospital Center.
