Most reservations can be secured by making an initial payment of $300 if the reservation total exceeds $4,000 the initial payment requirement is $1,000. Each area varies slightly with the payment schedule requirements for the balance. All properties do require full payment no less than 30 days prior to arrival. If your arrival date is within 30 days at the time of booking, the full balance will be due in full.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Checks are accepted as long as the initial payment is made with a credit card and it is received a minimum of one week prior to the payment due date.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Reservations can be canceled and fully refunded only if requested during the first 48 hours (from the time booking was created). If for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel the reservation without penalty. We offer travel insurance through Red Sky that can protect your investment from qualifying reasons.

What happens if the rental becomes unavailable?

If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to offer comparable alternates if available, if none of the alternates are satisfactory we will refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation.

If I leave early will I be refunded for unused nights?

Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.

We do provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. We do not include pool/ beach towels.

Do you provide a full-service rental?

No, however, we do provide a limited “24 hours” supply of paper products, trash bags, and dish soap. Kitchens are stocked with basic cooking utensils, dishes, and pans.

You will receive an invitation to our Guest App, giving you arrival information. This is sent to you once your rental is paid in full and we receive your signed rental agreement.

Contact the local rental office immediately. You will have contact information in your Guest App. As long as the damage does not exceed $1500 you are covered with no additional charges.
