Vonage never sent us their equipment, but have steadily charged my credit card since Dec of 2007.

After 5 phone calls, they are still steadily charging my credit card at the tune of 31.02 per month.

Every time I call, they can not find any account in my name, however, I'm 124.08 poorer.

Whenever I see their commercials, I want to puke.

They lie in their commercials!

Today I was on the phone with 5 different people for over 25 minutes and nothing was resolved since I do not have a phone number or account number.

DO NOT GET VONAGE!!

I received the service, but after canceling they continued to bill my card. I had to cancel my credit card.

Did you call your credit card and dispute the charge? Might be a good idea...
