Vonage has been deducting $39.99 for 1 year without authorization. When we contacted Vonage they were only willing to refund 3 months claiming the "statue of limitations" ran out.

Unfortunately, my mother didn't find out about the fraudulent charges until it was too late. She has never had this problem with her checking account so she never checks her bank statements. I am appalled at that the fact that a company can take your money without your permission and then claim that oops you found the mistake too late.

Vonage robbed a senior citizen of over $400.00. They are no different than those *** artists that take advantage of people to get their money!

Monetary Loss: $559.
