I ordered Vonage for my home business after seeing a commercial on tv. I had Vonage exactly 1 month and 24 days.
From the start during the order process, a customer rep gave me a different number then what I requested. I also had home phone interruptions as well...I was unable to make outbound calls and had frequent drop calls on my cell phone. I had issues with logging in to my online account on Vonage's website. i called to cancel the horrible service today 4/27/16.
I was asked to pay an early termination fee which I agreed to if I cancelled the service.
So I take full responsibility. *** VONAGE!
